Fixing Flat Feet Week 2

For the past week, I've been following my exercise routine diligently and I've noticed dramatic changes. The arch on the right footprint has improved significantly.

Now, I'm not sure if the changes happened because I changed my methodology (less watery paint causing a more defined footprint) or because the routine is really effective. I will treat the first week's data as an outlier and avoid making judgements for now.

Measurements (plantar arch index)

I've switched to using ½ cup of water in the paint mixture and started taking three footprints per foot. I plan to take the average PAI of the three to reduce error. I also want to point out that I take measurements immediately after doing the exercises.

Left foot

Set Midpoint (cm) Heel tangency (cm) Plantar arch index
1 3.4 5 0.68
2 3.1 5.15 0.60
3 2.9 5 0.58
Avg 3.13 5.05 0.62

Right foot

Set Midpoint (cm) Heel tangency (cm) Plantar arch index
1 2.9 4.75 0.61
2 3.5 5 0.7
3 3.15 5 0.63
Avg 3.18 4.92 0.65
